Celebrating JTL’s Regional Award Winners 2026

JTL is delighted to announce the regional winners of the JTL Apprenticeship Awards 2026, recognising the outstanding achievements of apprentices, tutors and training officers across the country.

The awards celebrate excellence in apprenticeship training and highlight the dedication, skill and commitment demonstrated by individuals helping to shape the future of the building services engineering sector.

North East

Looking ahead to the National Awards

All regional winners will now progress to the JTL National Apprenticeship Awards 2026, taking place on Wednesday 10 June at Plaisterers’ Hall, London, where the national winners will be announced.

Headline sponsored by Milwaukee and Baxi, the National Awards are a flagship event in the JTL calendar, showcasing the exceptional achievements of apprentices, tutors, training officers and employers from across England and Wales.

The ceremony celebrates the future talent and dedicated professionals helping to drive excellence in apprenticeship training throughout the building services engineering sector.

Awards will be presented across the following categories:

  • JTL Apprentice of the Year, incorporating:
    • Electrical Apprentice of the Year
    • MES Apprentice of the Year
  • JTL Rising Star of the Year
  • JTL Teaching Awards, incorporating:
    • Tutor of the Year
    • Training Officer of the Year
  • Employer Recognition Awards

Each year, the event brings together apprentices, employers, colleagues and leading industry stakeholders to celebrate the sector’s most talented individuals and organisations.

With an exceptional group of finalists now confirmed, the stage is set for what promises to be another memorable celebration of apprenticeship excellence.
