JTL announced as a finalist at the Apprenticeship and Training Awards 2026

JTL has been named a national finalist in the FE Week and AELP Apprenticeship and Training Awards 2026, in association with City & Guilds.

These prestigious awards celebrate the organisations that are helping to shape the future of apprenticeships across the UK.

JTL has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Use of Technology in Training’ category, reflecting its continued commitment to delivering high-quality, learner-centred training that equips learners with the skills they need to succeed. A key part of this success is LEDA (Learn, Educate, Develop, Advance), JTL’s bespoke digital learning platform. While electrical and plumbing apprenticeships will always be grounded in practical, hands-on learning, LEDA enhances this experience by providing high-quality, flexible online content that supports learners at every stage of their training.

LEDA now supports more than 30,000 registered users and provides interactive, mobile-friendly and scenario-based learning resources that enhance both on-site and in-centre training. The platform enables apprentices to consolidate theory, prepare effectively for assessments and access personalised support whenever they need it. Its accessibility suite, inclusive design and data-driven insights have also strengthened progression, engagement and confidence among learners.

Being recognised at national level is a testament to the innovation, dedication and impact of JTL’s teams who are continually improving the way apprentices learn, train and succeed. JTL is incredibly proud to see its work stand out among such strong entries from across the sector.

As finalists, JTL will be attending a House of Lords reception in February 2026 and the National Awards Ceremony in Liverpool in March.
