JTL Female Apprentice Network Launch Event

An exciting new initiative from JTL to connect women in plumbing, heating and electrical trades.

Join us during National Apprenticeship Week 2026 for the launch of JTL’s new Female Apprentice Network – designed to support women entering and progressing in plumbing, heating and electrical trades.

The launch event, themed as ‘Building Our Network’, marks the beginning of a 12-month programme designed to build confidence, skills and connections for women in the trades.

This interactive, free-to-attend, half-day event will include:

  • Keynote speakers
  • Networking and peer-building activities
  • Introduction to mentoring opportunities
  • Career mapping support
  • CV writing clinic
  • Employer engagement

Who should attend:

  • Current JTL female apprentices
  • Prospective female apprentices
  • Female applicants (September 2026 intake)
  • Plumbing, heating and electrical employers interested in recruiting female apprentices
